Kindlespire Park Drug Arrests

Spencer, IA (KICD)–A report of suspicious activity at a campsite at Kindlespire Park led to five being arrested early Sunday morning.

A Clay County Deputy smelled the odor of marijuana coming from an item on the picnic table and upon opening it, marijuana and drug paraphernalia were located inside.

29-year-old Jeremy Stoulil of Pocahontas, 30-year-old Joseph Dahl of Sioux Rapids, 29-year-old Kristin Thiner of Windom, 25-year-old Anthony Porreca of Sioux Rapids and 28-year-old Chad Spencer of Rolfe were each charged with Possession of Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia. It was the 2nd or subsequent offense for Spencer. Stoulil was also run through field sobriety tests and has a pending charge of O.W.I. based on the outcome of lab results from the Department of Criminal Investigation
