 Ireton, IA (KICD) — Sioux County authorities are investigating a house burglary.
  On Monday morning, the Sioux County Sheriffs Office received the report of the burglary and theft at a residence 5 miles northwest of Ireton.  It was determined the crime likely took place between 12:30-pm and 10:30-pm.
  Upon an investigation, it was determined by deputies that the perpetrator or perpetrators entered the residence through an unlocked door while no one was home.  Once inside, two pair of diamond earrings and two diamond rings from a jewelry box.  The stolen items are valued at $9000.
  Anyone with any information on the burglary and theft is asked to contact the Sioux County Sheriffs Office, To remain anonymous, informants can use the Text-A-Tip program.
