Estherville, IA (KICD)–Auditions for the Iowa Lakes Community College Spring production of Les Misérables are slated for this coming Sunday and Monday evening.
Co-Director Carol Ayres, who serves as a professor of Instrumental Music at Iowa Lake tells KICD News that this is the story of the 2nd French Revolution.

Auditions will be held on January 12th and 13th, at 6 p.m. for children, and 7 p.m. for adults, in the community room on the Estherville campus of Iowa Lakes Community College.  Due to the PG-13 material in the show, parents will be asked to attend the audition and rehearsals with children ages 8-12.  Those auditioning should come prepared to sing only. Appropriate songs include musical theater, classical arias or art songs.
Les Misérables is presented through special arrangement with Music Theatre International.
