Lakefield, MN (KICD) — A Lakefield woman is injured in a two vehicle accident.
  The Minnesota State Patrol said the accident Monday morning, occurred on Highway 86, north of Lakefield.  51-year old Donna Thaemlitz was driving a 2005 chrysler Town and Country easton County Road 24, and collided with a southbound 2011 Kia Sorento, driven by 43-year old Tami Bale of Windom, at the intersection.
  Thaemitz was transported to the Windom Area Hospital, with non-life threatening injuries.  Bale was not injured in the accident.  The Town and County received severe damage in the accident, while the Kia had moderate damage.
  Assisting at the scene was the Jackson County Sheriffs Department and the Lakefield Police.
