Worthington, MN (KICD) — A Sibley woman was injured in a three vehicle accident.
The Minnesota State Patrol said the accident occurred Friday morning shortly before 11, on Highway 60.  22-year old Katharina Zeman Swift was driving a 2005 Equinox westbound, when she rear ended a 2005 Pontiac Grand Am, driven by 54-year old Barbara Nilles of Sibley.  That caused the Grand Am to rear end a 2002 Ford Ranger, driven by 62-year old Sharon Johnson of Worthington.
As a result, Nilles received non-life threatening injuries, and was taken to Worthington Hospital by ambulance, while Swift and Johnson were uninjured.
The Grand Am and the Equinox were totalled in the accident, while the Ranger received minor damage.  The Nobles County Sheriffs Office assisted at the scene.
