High Speed Chase Arrest

Sibley, IA (KICD) — A high speed chase through Sibley results in multiple charges.

49-year old Shelley Highbear of Avon, SD had committed a parking violation, and as an Osceola County Officer was talking with her, he learned she was allegedly trespassing and violated a no contact order. Highbear then got in her car and took off, speeding through Sibley before going into the ditch at the Highway 60 ramp.

She was arrested on ten charges, and is being held in the Osceola County Jail.
