Gruver Burglary Arrest

Estherville, IA (KICD) — An Estherville man has been charged in connection to a burglary.
  The Emmet County Sheriff says the charges against 22-year old Ryan Nagel came after an execution of a search warrant March 27th, at 1215 2nd Avenue South in Estherville, to search for property missing from an October 17th burglary at a Gruver residence.
  During the search, jewelry that was missing from the residence was located at the address.  Asa result, Nagel was charged with 3rd degree burglary, and 2nd degree theft, both class D felonies, along with possession of stolen property.
  Nagel was booked into the Emmet County Jail, and then was found to be wanted on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear in Fayette County, Iowa.  Assisting was the Estherville Police Department.
