Graettinger-Terril Counseling Meetings Scheduled

Graettinger, IA (KICD)–Counseling meetings have been scheduled in response to the deaths of two students from the Graettinger-Terril School Community School District.

Graettinger Fire Chief Brad Anderson says 5-year old Gavin Hasbrouck and 7-year old Collin Reed were both killed as a result of the Monday morning blaze.

Graettinger-Terril counselors and other community resources will be available at the meetings for those that need help dealing with children and those that need individual assistance. The meetings will be held at 7:00 tonight at the Graettinger-Terril High School library and tomorrow at the Graettinger-Terril High School lunch room at 9:00 a.m.

The district will provide ongoing support as needed or requested, now and in the future.
