Graettinger Man Arrested Twice


  Graettinger, IA (KICD) — A Graettinger man is arrested after a pair of incidents.
  The Palo Alto County Sheriffs Office said Monday evening around 10:50, Timothy Shultz was arrested and charged after an argument at an apartment complex, in the 300 block of North Van Gorden Avenue, resulting in a door and door frame being damaged.  Shultz was charged with Disorderly Conduct, and was released pending a court date.
  Then, at the same address Tuesday evening, the Sheriffs Office went to investigate a disturbance, and and after statements gathered from other residents, Shultz was arrested and charged with 2nd degree Harassment.
  He was taken to the Palo Alto County Jail, awaiting an appearance before the magistrate.
  Timothy Williams was charged with 5th degree Criminal mischief for the door damage.
