Spencer, IA (KICD)–Some Spencer residents are experiencing frozen water service lines.
City officials are suggesting that you monitor the temperature of your water.  If the temperature is getting near the freezing point it may be in the homeowner’s best interest to let water trickle from a faucet in the home
While the city will assist in locating water or sewer service lines, it is the responsibility of the homeowner to thaw out frozen lines.
