Fenton Man Heading To Prison

Sioux City, IA (KICD)–A Fenton man will spend nearly 30 years in federal prison.
54-year-old Timothy Koenck received his sentence Monday after pleading guilty in September to one count of enticing a minor to engage in sexual activity, one count of committing a felony offense involving a minor by a person required to register as a sex offender, and two counts of possession of child pornography. Koenck previously had been convicted of enticement of a minor and possession of child pornography in 2001-2002.
Koenck was sentenced to 355 months imprisonment by United States District Court Judge Mark W. Bennett.  He  must also serve a ten-year term of supervised release and comply with all sex offender registration and public notification requirements.
The Kossuth County Sheriff s Office was among the agencies who assisted with the investigation.
