Everly Trailer Blaze

Everly Trailer Blaze

Everly, IA (KICD)–Fire crews from three communities fought a blaze through rain and hail on Monday afternoon.

Everly Fire Chief Roger Ginger tells KICD News they were paged to 2745 160th Avenue along with Royal around 4:30 p.m. to a trailer house fire and eventually called on Fostoria for assistance.

Ginger says they remained on scene for two and a half hours and had a chore trying to stay out of the hail.

The home will need some repairs but should be livable once the work is complete.
