Everly, IA (KICD) — A search warrant executed by the Clay County Sheriff’s Office lands three from Everly in Jail.
Around 9:48 Tuesday evening, the Clay County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at 207 E. 5th St. in Everly. During the search, Deputies located approximately 13.6 grams of marijuana, numerous items of drug paraphernalia, packaging materials, a scale and $700 cash. As a result, 18-year old Kevin Quinn, 33-year old Joshua Radley, and 37-year old Brandy Ackerman were all arrested and were transported to the Clay County Jail w/o incident.
Radley and Ackerman were charged with Possession of Marijuana w/ the Intent to Deliver, a Class D Felony and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and were held on a $5,000 cash or surety bond. Quinn was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance-Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and was held on a $1,000 cash or surety bond.
