Emmet County Accident

Estherville, IA (KICD)–Two were taken to the hospital following a Saturday evening accident.

The Emmet County Sheriff says 40-year-old Scott Jensen of Estherville was heading south on County Road A-17 around 8:30 when he failed to stop at the stop sing at 400th Avenue. As a result Jensen’s 2011 Dodge Pickup collided with an eastbound 2012 Dodge driven by 42-year-old Kristin Enderson of Alpha, Minnesota.

Enderson and a passenger, 52-year-old Brad Held of Estherville, were taken by Estherville Ambulance to Avera Holy Family Hospital.

Jensen was cited for failure to obey a stop sign.
