Okoboji, IA (KICD) — The Dickinson County Endowment Fund will again be making community grants to projects throughout the County in 2014.

The funds have helped many organizations with projects, one of which was at Okoboji High School, as through the generosity of local people and organizations like the Dickinson County Endowment Fund, they were able to construct and equip a 20ft x 30ft state of art greenhouse behind the Okoboji shop building.

She says when it comes to awarding grants, the recipients come from a wide variety of areas…

Ditsworth shares what the process is for determining where the grants go, and what kind of funds they have to award this year…

Dickinson County Endowment Fund grants have ranged from $500 to $20,000. To learn more about the Dickinson County Endowment Fund visit
