Clay Traffic Stop

Spencer, IA (KICD)–Two women were arrested following a noon hour traffic stop by a Clay County Deputy on Tuesday.

It was determined that 22-year-old Brittany Frink of Spencer was driving without a valid driver’s license.  A search of her vehicle turned up multiple items of drugs and drug paraphernalia.

Frink was charged with a class D felony count of Possession of Marijuana With the Intent to Deliver, Possession of Drug paraphernalia, Driving Without a Driver’s License, and is facing further charges.

A passenger, Cora Cowen, was charged with Possession of Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia.

Both were held in Clay County Jail to appear before a judge.
