Clay Traffic Stop Arrest

 Spencer, IA (KICD) — Two are arrested following a traffic stop.
   On Thursday evening, Clay County Deputies initiated a traffic stop for an equipment violation at the intersection of 11th St and Grand Ave. The driver, 41-year old Jeffrey Taylor of Spencer was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia. A passenger, 19-year old Phoenix Brown of Sioux Rapids was arrested for possession of controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. They were transported to the Clay Jail, and were being held to appear before the magistrate.
