Sioux City, IA (KICD) — A Cherokee woman is arrested after writing fraudualnt checks.
  Court documents said 46-year old Sheila Klingborg had written herself 24 checks on someone else’s account, totalling just under $13,000.  It’s said the checks were written by Klingborg for personal gain.
  The account the checks were written on belonged to a man in a nursing home for medical reasons.  Klingborg is charged with 1st Degree Theft, a forgery, Dependant Adult Abuse, and Ongoing Criminal Conduct.  The victim has requested restitution for the full amount stolen.
