Burglary And False Imprisonment Sentence


Sibley, IA (KICD)–A Minnesota man has been found guilty of 3rd Degree Burglary and False Imprisonment.

25-year-old Myles Paplow of Rushmore allegedly forced an individual into a room at a residence in Osceola County in February . He then displayed a weapon while in the room, refusing to let the victim leave.

Paplow received a five year suspended prison term and will be placed on probation of three years.
