Ashton Man Heading to Prison On Child Pornography Charge

Sioux City, IA (KICD)– An Ashton man will spend five years in federal prison on one count of distribution of child pornography.

22-year-old Todd Techen received the sentence after pleading guilty and admitting to knowingly distributing child pornography between 2012 and January 2013.

Techen must also serve a ten-year term of supervised release and comply with all sex offender registration and public notification requirements.
