Spencer, IA (KICD)–An Okoboji woman arrested on a number of drug related charges last week was arrested against early this (Monday) morning.
22-year-old Asia Visocsky was booked into Dickinson County jail this morning on charges of possession of mushrooms and drug paraphernalia and cited for speeding. She was arrested in Clay County last week for possession of mushrooms, cocaine, hydrocodone, and marijuana.
Rolfe, IA (KICD)–A mother and son have been arrested in Rolfe.
Pocahontas County Deputies executed a search warrant Friday in connection with a Rolfe home burglary. The encountered 27-year-old Nathan Peterson who became resistant and combative and attempted to flee through the living room window. He was intercepted by an officer outside of the home and a taser was used to bring Peterson under control. He has been charged with assault on a peace officer and interference with official acts causing injury and possession of drug paraphernalia.
The mother, 53-year-old Deanna Fridolfson was charged with possession of stolen property and three counts of aiding and abetting 3rd Degree burglary. All of which are class D felonies.
Storm Lake, IA (KICD)–Drug charges have been filed after investigation into suspicious activity in the parking lot of an apartment complex.
Storm Lake Police arrived on scene and seized from the vehicle a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
20-year-old Roman Alvarez of Storm Lake was then charged with Gathering Where Controlled Substances are Used, Possession of a Controlled Substance and Drug Paraphernalia.
20-year-old Ernesto Moreno-Leija of Sioux Rapids and 21-year-old Paloma Fierro were each charged with Gathering Where Controlled Substances are Used and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia,
