Lakefield, MN (KICD) — A Spencer woman was injured in a 3 vehicle accident.

The Minnesota State Patrol said the accident happened around 7:22 Friday evening, at the intersection of Highway 86 and County Road 34. 46-year old Kern Storo of Burnsville was westbound on 34 in a PT Cruiser, and came to a stop at the intersection with Highway 86.

As the Cruiser went into the intersection, it was struck by a northbound 2008 Dodge Avenger, driven by 53-year old Carol Patten of Spencer. Both vehicles were then struck by a southbound Ford F-150 pickup, driven by 29-year old Jeremy Sirovy of Sioux Falls.

Patten and Storo received non-life threatening injuries in the crash, while Sirovy was uninjured.
