#1 West Nile Follow Up

Spencer, IA (KICD)– Clay County’s Public Health Director says public exposure is to blame for a recent case of the West Nile Virus showing up.

Collette Rossiter tells KICD News says that all area residents can help by getting rid of any standing water.

The West Nile case was found in an adult male form Clay County who is currently recuperating.
