Spencer, IA (KICD) — Progress continues on the West Beltway project in Spencer.

West 4th Street is now open from 11th Avenue west to the Johnston Automotive entrance. Residents living on 35th Avenue and 36th Avenue can now go east utilizing the new concrete road to get into Spencer.  It is noted Eaton’s employees still need to use the temporary entrance on the south side and then can go east utilizing the new concrete road to get into Spencer.
