Spirit Lake, IA (KICD) — A complaint of loud noise leads to the arrest of two from Spirit Lake.
Just after 11 Wednesday night, Spirit Lake Police responded to a complaint of loud noise. Upon arrival, officers talked with the homeowner, which led to further investigation into the use of illegal drugs.
Police then found that the occupants were growing marijuana at the residence, and also seized marijuana and drug paraphernalia. As a result, 20-year old Anthony Rolon and 21-year old Leonard Zeledon were both arrested and charged with Maunfacturing a Controlled Substance-Marijuana, a class D felony, Failure to Affix A Drug Tax Stamp, a class D felony, along with Prohibited acts, Possession of a Controlled Substance-Marijuana, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Both were booked into the Dickinson County Jail.
