O’Brien Drug Plea

Primghar, IA (KICD)–A former Sanborn man recently plead guilty to a class C felony count of Delivery of Lisdexamphetamine.

According to O’Brien County Attorney Micah Schreurs, 20-year-old Adam Tebben sold Vyvanse pills to a confidential informant in Sanborn. He was granted a deferred judgment in O’Brien County District Court and placed on probation to the Iowa Department of Corrections for two years and ordered to pay various financial obligations, including restitution to the Iowa Great Lakes Drug Task Force.

The O’Brien County Sheriff’s Office investigated Tebben’s crimes.
