Spencer, IA (KICD)–A full weekend of Spencer Flagfest activities continues on Sunday.
The Flight Breakfast takes place from 7-11 a.m. at the Northwest Iowa Regional Airport. Those attending will have to access the airport from the south due to the West Beltway construction.
A free swim takes place from 12:30 to 8:30 at the Spencer Family Aquatic Center.
The Peak Ministries “Summer Drive”Frisbee Golf Tournament takes place at 2:00 with registration from 1-2 at West Leach Park.
The Spencer Muncipal Band will perform at the East Leach Park Bandshell at 2:00 Sunday.
The Spencer Daybreaker Kiwanis Club Toy Duck Race will start at 2:00 at the Spencer Family Aquatic Center. Plastic numbered ducks are released into the pool and randomly retrieved to select the winners of a raffle. Purchase your numbered ticket prior to the release ofthe ducks. The Parker Historical Society of Clay County will be showing a photo exhibit from the National Sprint Car Museum and Hall of Fame in Knoxville including 20 photographs of the First World of Outlaws race in Mesquite, TX in 1978. This display will be located at the Clay County Heritage Center from 12-4.
