Spencer, IA (KICD)–The transition to Elderbridge as the area’s agency on aging is officially complete.
Elderbridge Executive Director Mick Tagesen tells KICD News that a legislative mandate required the number of agencies on aging to be cut from 13 to 6. Last November after a bidding application process it was announced that they would be taking over for the Northwest Agency on Aging.
Tageson talks about some of the many services that are provided.
Elderbridge now serves as the area agency on aging for Lyon, Osceola, Dickinson, Emmet, Palo Alto, Sioux, O’Brien, Clay and Buena Vista Counties
