Spencer, IA (KICD)–The public testing of Clay County voting machines ahead of the upcoming school board election was held this morning.
Clay County Auditor Marge Pitts tells KICD News this public test is required by law.
Pitts says everything checked out just fine. The Unisyn Voting Equipment System was introduced in Clay County last year and has some nice features.
2013 School Board elections will take place September 10th statewide.
