Bomb Threat Suspect Arrested
Remsen, IA (KICD) — A student at Remsen-Union is arrested in connection with a bomb threat last week at the school.
Remsen Police made that arrest Tuesday. Information was not being released about the suspect or the arrest, but School Superintendent Ken Howard confirmed the suspect is a Remsen-Union student, and a minor.
The charges against the student were not released, but the investigation is ongoing, into the incident, which occurred December 2nd, when the Remsen-Union community school was evacuated after a bomb threat was made. The Omaha bomb squad searched the school, but didn’t find a device. School resumed the next morning.
