Storm Lake, IA (KICD) -- A Storm Lake juvenile is arrested on a pair of charges.
Around 6:15 Friday night, Storm Lake Police responded to a report of vandalism, at a residence on West 6th Street. Upon arrival, police met with the reporting party who told police that her 15-year old daughter, had allegedly damaged a door during an argument and then called 911 to ask permission to leave her mother.
Following an investigation, police arrested the 15 year old and charged her with Criminal Mischief and Improper Use of 911. She was processed and released to a parent pending a court date.
The case has been forwarded to the Juvenile Court Authority.
