Spencer Homecoming



Spencer, IA (KICD)--Royalty is crowned as Homecoming Week for Spencer kicks off Monday evening.

Homecoming Queen Daly Tighe tells KICD News she was taken aback when her name was announced.

Tighe will star as Sandy in the Spencer High School Drama production of Grease this Fall, takes part in both small and large group speech, is in both small and large group ensemble for choir, and runs cross country and track.

Homecoming King Austin Allen was simply happy to be grouped with the other finalists.

Allen is a co-captain on the Spencer Football team, and plans on going out for track and baseball.
