Motorcycle Cannonball Run



Okoboji, IA (KICD)--A slew of antique motorcycles will make their way to the Great Lakes this (Tuesday) evening.

Felicia Morgan tells KICD News that the Pre 1930 Motorcycle Cannonball Coast to Coast Endurance Run kicked off in Newburg, New York on Friday.

Morgan says the variety of vintage bikes is astounding.

The ride was put together in 2010 in honor of Erwin Cannonball Baker who used to travel across the country on a number of items in the early 1900's.

The riders will make their way to the Inn at Okoboji shortly after 5:00 pm. today where they will stay overnight and visit with the public until roughly 8:00 p.m.
