On Sunday morning 42-year-old Timothy O'Hara and 38-year-old Ranita Diede were both arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia
On Monday a 16-year-old female from Sioux Rapids was charged with 4th degree theft.
Each of the adults were processed and turned over to the Clay County jailer. The teen was released to parents.
Primghar, IA (KICD)--Theft charges have landed an Ashton man in O'Brien County jail.
The O'Brien County Sheriff's Office arrested 20-year-old Matthew Schoneman Saturday night on a trio of class D felony counts of 3rd degree burglary, 5th degree theft, and 5th degree criminal mischief.
Schoneman is being held on a $5,000 cash or surety bond.
Sheldon, IA (KICD)--A Sheldon man has been arrested on a pair of felony charges.
On Sunday evening 43-year-old Leroy Raffaelli Jr. was located at the Sheldon Motel. At this time Sheldon Police charged Raffaelli with a class C felony charge of 1st degree theft, a class D felony count of 3rd degree burglary, and unlawful use of a credit card under $1,000.
Raffaelli met with the Magistrate and his bond was set at $10,000 cash or surety.
