The Dickinson County Sheriffs Office says a deputy made a traffic stop Sunday, in the 1800 block of 260th Avenue. Upon a search of the vehicle, a plant meterial believed to be marijuana, along with drug paraphernalia, cash, a rifle and ammunition were found.
As a result, the items were seized, and 28-year old Charles Long Jr was arrested and Charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was booked into the Dickinson County Jail, and was later released on his own recognizance.
