Classroom Collections

Spencer, IA (KICD)--The annual Classroom Collections effort is underway in Spencer.

Promotions Director Sheli Cheevers with the Southpark Mall tells KICD News that 524 students are in need of basic school supplies.

Cheevers runs down the needed supplies.

The community always seems to step up for this effort.

Classroom Collections assists children at Iowa Great Lakes Lutheran, Sacred Heart, and all Spencer public elementary schools.

The deadline to donate is July 27th.
