Bruce Springsteen fans wanted for new documentary

Bruce Springsteen fans have been urged to join in a collective filmmaking experience by contributing footage to an innovative new music documentary about "The Boss."

The new movie, titled "Springsteen & I," is being made by Ridley Scott's production company, "Scott Free London," and devotees are being encouraged to contribute their own short film about the rocker, his music, and what he means to them personally.

Directed by Baillie Walsh, the project is due for release in 2013 and takes inspiration from Scott's critically-acclaimed 2011 documentary "Life In A Day," which was compiled from amateur footage shot around the world on a single day.

The film's producer, Svana Gisla, says, "We encourage you to be part of this unique cinematic experience by either submitting a clip or getting in touch with us via email or phone."

"We are searching for a wide variety of creative interpretations, captured in the most visually exciting way you can think of, whether you've been a hardcore (fan) since '73 or have heard one of his songs for the first time today!"
