Storm Lake Police conducted a bar check at Malarky's Night Club, in Storm Lake early Sunday morning. Police observed 20-year old Kyle Fuhrman, of Spencer allegedly in possession of alcohol.
Police took Fuhrman into custody and escorted him outside, to his vehicle in order that he could lock the doors. Upon reaching his vehicle, police allegedly could detect the odor of marijuana coming from his vehicle. Police located drug paraphernalia inside of Fuhrman's vehicle and seized it.
Following an investigation, police charged Fuhrman with Possession of Alcohol, Public Intoxication and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was booked into the Buena Vista County Jail on a $600.00 cash bond.
