Little Rock, IA (KICD)--Authorities are investigating the abduction of a 61-year-old woman outside of her home in Little Rock.

The Lyon County Sheriff's Office says the attempted abduction took place shortly after noon Wednesday in from of the woman's home.  The suspect in this attempted abduction is described as being a white male, 60-65 years of age, with long hair and a beard. His hair and beard were described as being brown with gray in them both. He is approximately 6 feet 2 inches tall and weighs approximately 250 pounds. The subject was driving a smaller, older, dark-colored (possibly black) car with a white top.
