While most amounts of mercury that are dealt with are tiny proportions as in a thermometer, the amount found in the basement has authorities asking why so much was located in the residence...

The areas that had the mercury exposure, including where the children had it and in the business, are taped off with hazard materials yellow flagged tape.

Reekers says cleanup of the chemical is going to be done from a groupl that is probably not local...
