Spencer, IA (KICD) -- A Spencer teen was charged after a Monday evening traffic stop by the Clay County Sheriffs Office
Upon investigation the Deputy saw tobacco products and knew the driver, 17-year old Amelia Davis, was underage and smelled the odor of marijuana.
A vehicle search turned up a marijuana one-hitter. Marijuana and 16 hydrocodone pills were found on Davis.
Davis was charged with a class D felony Drug Tax Stamp Violation, and Possession of Marijuana, Hydrocodone, and Drug Paraphernalia
Davis was cited into juvenile court, then was released to the custody of her mother.
Paullina, IA (KICD)--A Paullina man was arrested early Sunday morning by the O'Brien County Sheriff's Office.
The charges filed against 23-year-old Justin Kruse include OWI 2nd and possession of both methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
Kruse was released after posting bail.
Alton, IA (KICD)--Drug charges are filed following an early Monday morning traffic stop.
A Sioux County Deputy stopped 18-year-old Sierra Johnson of Alton and found marijuana and drug paraphernalia in her vehicle. Possession charges of both were subsequently filed.
