Heron Lake, MN (KICD)--A Heron Lake man suffers minor injuries in a Wednesday morning accident in Jackson County.

The Minnesota State Patrol says 48-year-old Bruce Eigenberg was heading west in a 2001 Pontiac Grand Prix. He failed to yield upon turning onto Highway 60 and was broadsided by a 2006 Buick LaCrosse driven by a Windom woman.

Eigenberg was treated on scene and released.

Storm Lake, IA (KICD)--An additional arrest is made in connection to “Operation Shadow Client."

19-year-old Levi Blum Lakeview was apprehended by the Sac County Sheriffs Department Wednesday evening. Blum was wanted on a warrant obtained by Storm Lake Police charging him with a class C felony count of Possession of Methamphetamine With Intent to Deliver.

Blum was transported from Sac County to the Buena Vista County Jail where he was booked on a $50,000 cash bond.

Storm Lake, IA (KICD) -- A Storm Lake woman is jailed on felony charges for an incident with her son.

Storm Lake Police said 29-year old Gloria Luna-Mendoza was arrested Wednesday, after allegedly hitting her 10-year-old son in the face with a fly swatter. It's also alleged Luna-Mendoza threw a shoe at the boy, hitting him in the stomach.

The boy suffered minor injuries, police said. He was placed in foster care.

Luna-Mendoza was arrested and charged with a felony count of Child Endangerment Wednesday, and was released after posting bond
