The Dickinson County Sheriff's Office says 21-year-old Brandon Anderson was driving a 2005 Buick Eastbound in the 2100 block of 140th Street shortly before 7:00. Anderson failed to make the turn and left the roadway, ending up in a field.
Anderson was taken to Lakes Regional Healthcare with incapacitating injuries by Spirit Lake Ambulance.
Others assisting include Spirit Lake Police and First Responders.
Spencer, IA (KICD)--A Wallingford teen is arrested for pot possession following a Saturday evening traffic stop by the Clay County Sheriff's Office.
The Deputy spotted tobacco products in the vehicle and knew the male driver was under the age of 18. A subsequent search of the car for more tobacco products turned up a small quantity of marijuana.
The 17-year-old was cited into juvenile court for Possession of Marijuana and released to the custody of his mother.
