Jackson, MN (KICD)--Two from Dallas, Texas are injured in a Jackson County motorcycle mishap.

The Minnesota State Patrol says 41-year-old Oliver Peck was heading west on I-90 along with 3 other motorcycles shortly before 5:30 p.m. Wednesday.  Peck attempted to change lanes and pass a pickup and struck the left rear of a trailer being pulled by the truck.  Peck lost control and rolled, ejecting himself and 30-year-old Audra Cabral from the bike.

Both were taken to Jackson Hospital with Peck's injuries described as minor and Cabral's deemed non-life threatening.

The Jackson County Sheriff's Office assisted on scene.

Storm Lake, IA (KICD) -- Four teens are charged after a huffing incident.

   Wednesday afternoon, Storm Lake Police were dispatched to Sunset Park, in reference to several teens huffing along the shoreline of Storm Lake.

  Upon arrival, police located the four juvenile males, and officers observed one of them in the act of inhaling spray paint fumes from a plastic bag.  The juvenile then began to sway and lose his balance, and was taken into custody.

  A subsequent investigation found two 13-year olds and two 14-year olds, all of Storm Lake were involved in the huffing.  All four were charged with Public Intoxication, were processed and released to parents pending a court date.  The case has been forwarded to the Juvenile Court Authority.

Storm Lake, IA (KICD)--A Storm Lake man is jailed for stealing change from a vehicle.

Storm Lake Police were called out early this (Thursday) morning in reference to a burglary in progress to a vehicle at a residence.  24-year-old Ashanti Kiere was located running after a search by Police and arrested on a charge of 3rd Degree Burglary.  Police seized approximately $18.00 in change from Kiere.

Kiere was booked into the Buena Vista County Jail on a $2,000 cash bond.
